Zumba Fitness Review


Fun, fast, and effective! Once you go through it a few times and learn the choreography you can really just go with the music and throw yourself into the routine. The best part about this workout is that you really get a good core workout without getting on the floor to do crunches and sit ups. I also noticed a change in my hips and flexibility. The real negative here is that there is not much of an upper body effect but as a pure cardio workout system this is great especially with the added benefit to your core.
