Anything by The Firm is going to be high quality and well instructed. I started doing these workouts after taking a step class in college and wanted to continue this type of workout at home. This is a perfect substitute for a "live" step class. A lot of the same moves.
The TransFirmer itself is cool because of the different positions you can use it in to change the targeted body part. The signature 14" box climb also known as the "fanny lifter" is really a killer! The instructors are really crisp and clear with their queuing so once you get the routine down it is very easy to follow. I usually put on my own music because theirs is very subdued and not very inspiring but I can still follow along with my own music on. The other nice thing is that you combine weight training and cardio so that you can get faster results in less time.
