This is by far my favorite type of cardio! It makes you feel really strong and empowered. There are a ton of these workouts on DVD right now between Turbo Jam sold through Beachbody and then Turbo Kick DVDs which are found on Chalene Johnsons website.
With the unique music mixes these workouts jump out and are just a lot of fun. Sweaty fun...I find that a 50 minute workout just flies by and makes me feel really energized after I am done. This, to me, is a rare thing with any workout but especially at a 50 minute running time.
I notice the biggest difference in my core and my back. Any back fat just seems to melt away while doing these workouts from all the punches you do. The only drawback is that it is a pretty high impact workout, even if you don't do all the jumps it is just a harder workout for your knees. Good, supportive shoes make a big difference though or doing the workout on carpet or a mat for the jumps. Overall my favorite workout and gets really fast results!
